This is my very first lipstick reviews and I am sooooo very excited. Before getting connected lớn IMBB I thought I would never be able to lớn carry off any bright màu sắc lippies, especially Red. But, I was so happy when I found girls with my skin tone flashing bright colors. It gave me immense confidence and I decided I am going to lớn go bright now. But, the question was “Merawalakaunsa red”? I had no clue which one would suit me. Since, it was going to lớn be my very first red lipstick I really didn’t want khổng lồ splurge too much. So, I finally made the courage và bought the new Loreal Paris Collection Star by Freida Pinto in Pure Rouge. It’s a Red Fever everywhere after the launch of this range. Girls are really experimenting with red’s. I somehow feel that Freida’s skin tone would match majority of the Indian girls and that was why I felt soo connected and bought this shade.

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris màu sắc Riche Pure Reds Star Collection Pure Rouge:
Packaging: The packaging is all classy black glossy lipstick case with a màu sắc indicating button on the front, which helps identify the màu sắc shade. It is also autographed by Freida Pinto in golden color. It’s very attractive & classy. The cover closes with a shut and is travel friendly.
Pure Rouge is a color, which any skin tone can carry off really easily. It is a neutral red color. I think it looks a little darker in the bullet, but looks a perfect red on the lips. Only a simple kajal và this lipstick on the lips would work wonders. It has a creamy texture with matte finish. This particular shade is a bit dry on the lips after it is applied & can tug on lips while applying. Being matte it also gets dry after sometime. But, yes if the lips are well moisturized using lip balms before lipstick application then it is just fine.
Pure Rouge is very pigmented & the color transfers lớn the lip in it’s fullest in just one swipe. You can see from the swatches that there isn’t much difference when swiped once & twice. One might want to use a lip liner to lớn define the outline as one would not want khổng lồ go wrong while applying such pigmented colors, as it would spell disaster. The staying power nguồn is pretty good. It lasted on me for more than 6 hours và survived through meals. It also didn’t transfer easily. When it fades it leaves a pretty stain on the lips. I had to lớn use a makeup remover lớn remove the lipstick.

Beauty Bloggers around the world have been comparing this with Mac Ruby Woo, but I seriously don’t have any idea as I am still to lớn venture into the Mac Lippies world và especially the reds.
